General Terms and Conditions

- You agree to pay all sums due to the Casino and not to dispute, chargeback, or cancel payments.

Promotions and Bonus Terms
- Bonuses (free or deposit-based) are for gameplay only and cannot be withdrawn. Bonus amounts are deducted before withdrawals.
- Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and are removed from winnings during withdrawal processing. Cashback funds are also non-withdrawable and may be deducted from pending withdrawals.
- Unless specified, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal.
- Cashback promotions require a 1x wagering requirement and are limited to a 10x cashback withdrawal limit. The Casino may deduct cashback from pending withdrawals.
- Tournament prizes, raffle prizes, or special promotions (e.g., bonuses ≥200% or cashback ≥75%) have a 1x wagering requirement and a 2x cashback withdrawal limit. Players with pending withdrawals or balances over 100 $/€/£ are ineligible for these prizes.
5.1 Special Bonuses include bonuses ≥200% or cashback ≥100%. - You are responsible for understanding bonus details, including wagering requirements and restricted games.
- To opt out of a bonus, contact support before playing. Once a wager is made, the bonus must be played through until the balance is zero or wagering requirements are met. Unplayed bonuses can be removed upon request.
- Free bonuses (e.g., comps, free chips) have a 20x-60x wagering requirement and a maximum withdrawal limit of 50 Credits (50 $/€/£/AUD, 500 ZAR). Excess balances are non-withdrawable and cleared. 9.1 Unless otherwise stated, withdrawals are capped at 10,000 Credits per month and 1,500 Credits per request. Excess amounts are paid in installments. Progressive jackpots are exempt. Players may cancel pending withdrawals.
9.2 The minimum withdrawal is 50 €/$/£/AUD or 500 ZAR. - Deposits must be wagered at least 1x before withdrawal, per promotion terms.
- Deposited funds and winnings are held solely for gaming wagers and settling fees. Credit card deposits may incur a 3%-6.5% processing fee.
- Players inactive for 30 days or more are considered free bonus players and cannot withdraw free bonus winnings.

- Winnings may be denied, and accounts closed, for bonus abuse, low-risk betting strategies, professional play, or blacklisting in the Casino’s security database.
- Only UK residents may use GBP, with winnings paid in GBP.
- Winnings are voided if linked to chargebacks or unauthorized refunds.
- Credit card depositors require a security form and may face a 7-day withdrawal processing delay.
- US, Australia, and UK players may withdraw via Bitcoin only.

- False registration information.

- Allowing third-party account use.
- Professional or group play.
- Chargebacks or threats thereof.
- Irregular betting patterns or systems (e.g., Martingale).
- Links to Casino employees or affiliates.
- Attempting to hack or modify software.
- Violations at other online casinos may prompt action by DaVinci's Gold.
- By accepting winnings, you consent to the use of your username, country, or first name in promotional materials without compensation.
- Cryptocurrency deposits reversed or voided on the blockchain are considered fraudulent, voiding all related withdrawal requests.
Refer-a-Friend Terms
- The refer-a-friend program is subject to these Terms and all Casino programs. By participating, both referrer and referred party consent to the program’s terms, and the referred party agrees to their data being provided by the referrer. The referred party acknowledges receiving a Casino email inviting them to register.
- Participants using the same computer or IP address are ineligible for the bonus. Referred players must not be existing DaVinci's Gold members or share the referrer’s email.
- Referrers must provide the referred party’s name, surname, and email. Bonuses are awarded only after verification by the Casino.
- The referred party must register a real money account and deposit at least 25 $/€/£. Both parties receive the bonus within 48 hours of the deposit.
